Pianist with the Orfeó Català from 1985 to 1998, and assistant director in the 1997-98 academic year.

Director and founder of the children's choir Cor Vivaldi-Petits Cantors de Catalunya, which he has turned into a benchmark choir for Spain, and the chamber choir Cor de Cambra Vivaldi (a mixed choir whose members are for the most part former singers of the children's choir).
He has introduced new teaching systems into schools, and has written various course-books for musical education (published by Dinsic).
He has performed as organist and pianist with orchestras that include the Warsaw Philharmonic, the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande, the Orquesta de Galicia and the OBC, and he has also conducted the Moldavia Chamber Orchestra, the Chamber Choir of the Palau de la Música Catalana and the ladies' chamber choir Scherzo.
He is a panel member for the International Festival of Cantonigròs.
He won the Reus Prize for composition for children's voices (1998).
