These are four pieces for piano, which are addressed to students of the elementary level. However they have not been conceived as technical etudes but as little repertoire pieces that can be played by young students during their learning phase. The pieces are arranged according to their level of difficulty from easy to difficult.
Although the pieces are meant to contain long sustain pedals, there have not been made any indications in order to allow an optimization depending on the profile of each student. In this sense, it won’t be difficult to find wide harmonies with sonorities of sevenths or ninths, which help the student approach the modern musical aesthetics.
The complementary material, which includes a formal analysis and a CD, backs understanding and individual study of each student.
