Al ball, sense un badall (To the Dance, Without Missing Your Chance) is a cantata in which popular instruments come alive and participate in a great Town Festival dance. Along with Miquel Desclot and Guida Sellarès, the authors of the lyrics and the music, respectively, our children will be able to have a good time singing, while also learning to know the traditional Catalan instruments (the accordion, the mandolin, the zambomba, the gralla, the pipe, the small drum, etc.) and the traditional folk dances that have been danced in the Town Festivals in the main squares of all Catalan villages for so many years (the jota, the havanera, the ball pla, passacaglia tunes, devil dances, the rumba, the sardana, etc.).
