This work brings you a collection of worksheets for students just starting to tackle Music Theory ' children aged around seven years old ' and it is intended as a supplement to the direct group work of the teachers with their classes, work which I regard as irreplaceable. The Introductory-level course is fundamental for proper musical development later on, and it must bring out to the full all the abilities of the students as well as motivating them in their musical activities: we must help them to gain in sensitivity, intelligence, hearing and rhythm, and thus to acquire skills enabling them to recognise and interpret written music.
Teachers should regard these worksheets, which are sometimes difficult for the studies, as complementing their prior teaching delivered orally or at the blackboard.
