This brief piece has a clear pedagogic intention and tries to play with the piano's internal resonance possibilities, confined to the third lower part of the piano's harp, producing a far-off and muffled resonance effect. This resonance, which inspire the title of the piece (The Bells' Resonance), is achieved by anticipating dump 'clusters' with forearms and hands and the tonal pedal before actually starting their execution.
Besides, the resonances include certain rhythmic designs belonging to folk music.
